So where is Jesus in the Old Testament? This is David Wheaton, host of The Christian Worldview.

The answer is that Jesus is everywhere in the Old Testament! On the first pages of Scripture, God killing an animal to provide covering for Adam and Eve after they sinned points to Jesus’ dying for our sin. The ark of Noah points to Jesus saving us from judgment. The bread that God provided to the Jews during the Exodus points to Jesus statement that He is the bread of life.

The progressive revelation of Christ throughout the entire Old Testament confirms that Jesus is who He said He was: the prophesied Savior of mankind.

This weekend, we’ll discuss why Christ needed to be fully God and fully man.
