The euphemistically named Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, where the government basically took over the health care system, causing premiums and deductibles to skyrocket, looks to be on its way out. What it will be replaced with remains to be seen.
If you’re a Christian who buys your own health insurance, you might want to look into the six or so Christian medical sharing organizations, where members agree to certain lifestyle policies and pay each other’s medical costs. Members also receive significant discounts on bills and medications, since they are outside the traditional insurance maze.
