Last week on the program, our guest Dr. Gregg Frazer, professor of history and political studies at The Master’s College, said that Scripture does not command Christians to be patriotic but rather to hold their citizenship in heaven as preeminent. That doesn’t mean we can’t cherish certain aspects of our country that are honoring to God; it’s just that God always comes far above country.

This week, Dr. Frazer will join us to discuss how Christians should respond to a government that is increasingly hostile to our beliefs and practices. Do passages in Romans 13 and 1 Peter 2 on submission to government mean that Christians must just roll over and take whatever unjust treatment government metes out?
