Guest: Gregg Frazer, author, The Religious Beliefs of America’s Founders
For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:27-28
Recently on the program, we discussed a once-top public school district in Minnesota (Edina) that has altered its curriculum to that of race-ism, a worldview where one’s skin color is advocated to be of primary identity and cause. You can hear that program or read an article about the school district here.
The issue of “race” (in quotes because the Bible says there is only one race, the human race) has become an increasingly divisive issue in our country, to the point that “white privilege” is blamed as the cause of alleged “systematic racism and injustice” in our country.
This weekend on The Christian Worldview, Gregg Frazer, professor of History and Political Studies at The Master’s University and author of The Religious Beliefs of America’s Founders will join us to discuss what’s behind the push to remove statues of American historical figures who are associated with slavery, what the Bible says about slavery, and how to overcome “racial” divisions.
